Is your home filled with clutter? It’s likely that you have some things you can afford to get rid of. Cleaning up clutter can be advantageous both psychologically and physically. Peter Walsh, organizational design expert and TV personality, designates clutter into two categories; lazy clutter and memory clutter. Lazy clutter is basically trash; things that have accumulated over time out of negligence. Memory clutter has sentimental value, and connects to something from the past. Either way, Walsh recommends that if you haven’t used it in a year, it’s time to get rid of it.
