When going to a Doctor’s office or hospital, what kinds of things make for a good experience? After all, hospitals and other practices want to have give the best possible care to their patients, so it is important to gauge which areas need more attention than others.  In 2012, only 25% of patients said they were “fully satisfied” with their hospital’s billing procedure over the past three years.  Not to mention that 81% of customers who said they were “completely satisfied” with billing said that they would recommend that hospital to a friend.  Satisfaction in the business department has a lot of pull in customer loyalty!
